Returns will be accepted in accordance with applicable law.
It is not possible to cancel or modify your payed order because we prepare your order once confirmed on the site. If you change your mind, you can return your items once you receive your order. For more information, see the Exchanges and returns section.
When you get to the cart you will find the coupon code request. Enter it and you will be able to benefit from the promotion or discount. *Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.
If you have any type of credit card, you can use it by selecting the Credit Card option, which allows you to make the payment with your card.

Please check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is out of stock. In this case, we will refund you the amount corresponding to this item and the delivery costs via the same payment used for the purchase. If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
