2.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.franceschinicamicie.it. Before placing orders and purchasing products or services from parties other than the Seller, we recommend checking their sales conditions, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties.

2.3 Products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and submitting the electronic order form, together with acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.4 Product offers on www.franceschinicamicie.it are intended for adult customers only.

If you are under 18 years old, you must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing on www.franceschinicamicie.it.

3. Online Sales via E-commerce Service

3.1 An online sales contract refers to a distance contract concerning the sale of movable goods (hereinafter “Products”) concluded between you, as the Customer, and Prns Tov Srl, as the Seller, within an e-commerce service organized by the Seller using Internet communication technology.

3.2 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products, you must complete the electronic order form (hereinafter the “Order”) and submit it to the Seller via the Internet following the relevant instructions.

3.3 The Order contains:

  • - a reference to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale;
  • - information and images relating to each Product and its corresponding price;
  • - the payment methods available;
  • - delivery methods for purchased Products and related shipping and delivery costs;
  • - a reference to the conditions governing the exercise of your right of withdrawal;
  • - the procedures and timelines for returning purchased products.

3.4 Although Prns Tov Srl constantly adopts measures to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Website faithfully reproduce the original products, including the use of all possible technological solutions to minimize inaccuracies, some variations may still occur due to the technical characteristics and color resolution settings of the computer used by you. Consequently, the Seller shall not be held liable for any inadequacy of graphic representations of products displayed on the Website arising from the aforementioned technical reasons, as such representations are intended solely for illustrative purposes.

3.5 Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the information regarding the right of withdrawal and personal data processing.

3.6 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order via the Internet, after verifying the correctness of the order data.

3.7 The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian, and the applicable law is Italian law.

3.8 Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will process your Order.

4. Order Fulfillment

4.1 By submitting the Order via the Internet, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your relationship with the Seller.

4.2 Before processing the Order, the Seller reserves the right to request additional information from you via email or telephone regarding the Order submitted through the Internet.

4.3 The Seller may refuse to process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, any amount previously reserved on the Customer’s payment method will be released.

4.4 If the products displayed on the website are no longer available or for sale after the Order has been submitted, the Seller will promptly inform you — and in any event within thirty (30) working days from the day following the submission of your Order — of the possible unavailability of the ordered Products. In this case, any amount previously reserved on the Customer’s payment method will be released.

4.5 Each sale carried out through the Seller’s online sales service may concern one or more products, with no quantity limits for each item.

4.6 Prns Tov Srl reserves the right to refuse orders from customers involved in legal disputes relating to previous orders. This also applies to all cases in which the Seller considers the customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, previous violations of online purchase terms and conditions on the Website or any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.

5. Sale Prices

5.1 Unless otherwise specified in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and exclusively that shown on the website at the moment the Order is submitted via the Internet. Product prices and shipping and delivery costs may change without notice. Therefore, please verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant Order.

5.2 All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Unless otherwise specified, Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order do not include any customs duties or related taxes applicable to shipments outside the EU or to countries where import charges are required by applicable regulations.

5.3 These costs are therefore the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, according to the instructions specified in the Order.

6. Payment Methods

You may choose one of the payment methods indicated in the order form on the website https://www.franceschinicamicie.it, summarized below.

6.1 Credit Cards

6.1.1 For online orders placed on our website, we accept credit card payments without any additional charges on the product cost. You must be the holder of a valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products online, and the name on the credit card must match the billing information provided. Without these requirements, it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.

6.1.2 At the time of online purchase, the relevant banking institution will only authorize the amount corresponding to the Order against the available balance on your credit card.

6.1.3 If, after receiving your Order, you decide to exercise your Right of Withdrawal for any reason, following payment for the Products purchased online, the Seller will instruct the banking institution to credit the refundable amount directly to your credit card.

6.3 Bank Transfer

6.3.1 Prns Tov Srl also offers the possibility to pay for your Order by bank transfer, using the bank details provided during checkout upon completion of the Order.

6.3.2 In this case, the purchased goods will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer once payment has been received, generally within two to five days after the transfer has been made (timing may vary depending on the banking institution used).
